Context Ridewear was created with a clear vision in mind, to provide MTB gear to the market based on 3 key principles:

Our experience as riders and consumers made it obvious what we wanted to create; Gear which didn't rip or tear so easily in a crash and gave us the confidence we needed to go harder and faster than ever. We also understand that when pushing the limits, something has to give - and that's why we back up your purchase with our 'Crash replacement policy' so that you can keep on shredding in our gear.
2. Timeless
Other gear brands change their style and colours every single year. We decided that our gear brand would have a core line of colours which all could be mixed and matched, and always looked great. Wearing any of our gear combinations is as simple as throwing on an old T-shirt and Jeans, leaving you to focus on just riding your damn bike.
3. Unbeatable Value
We were fed up of only being able to afford 'end-of-line' sale items from established brands, and getting stuck with mis-matching gear in odd colour combinations. That's why we have worked hard to offer our gear for an unbeatable price. We achieve this by working closely with our suppliers, buying directly from them and shipping directly to your door from our UK premises - avoiding retailers, importers, and any unnecessary fees. So our gear is great quality AND great value. As a brand new company in the UK, we also don't have to add any VAT to our prices yet (So get in there quick!).
Returns Policy
You may return all new clothing items for a full refund, so long as they are only tried on for fit at home and aren't worn out on the trails. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Unlike other companies, we don't set an arbitrary time limit for returns - you can send them back whenever you like as long as they're unused.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank or payment processor to process our refund request (2-3 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for international items we sell are weight-based, and shipping costs may be calculated at checkout.
Privacy
Context Ridewear do not hold or retain any personal customer information, other than contact information provided for the purposes of fulfilling the order. All payment and credit card information is held, managed and secured by your chosen payment provider.
