Our Freeride Hoodie is designed for good times; packed with MTB specific features with a casual fit and appearance.
 
The hoodie is packed with enough technical features to make it your go-to outerwear for a whole range of rides. Ideal for the dirt jumps, pump track, or any trail ride or uplift day. And don't forget those long days spent with a shovel in-hand too!
 
Soft and comfortable, with a sporty full polyester construction and highly adjustable levels of ventilation - this hoodie has been custom designed in the UK from the ground-up to fit around your MTB lifestyle. Quite simply it's a garment you won't want to take off.
 
Product Features
  • Cotton-free; Technical 100% Polyester with microfleece interior. This 300gsm material sheds mud, washes well, and doesn't get heavy and sweaty like a traditional cotton hoodie will.
  • Large, zippered under-arm vents with mesh lining for controlling ventilation.
  • Half-zipped front allows for even more ventilation and comfort when required.
  • Dual zippered front 'kangaroo' pocket for goggles.  
  • Durable, high quality YKK zips are used throughout.
  • Zip pullers for ease of use whilst wearing gloves. 
  • Elongated arms to keep you fully covered whilst riding, with tidy elasticated wrists. 
  • Enlarged hood with enough space to fit comfortably over a trail helmet. 
  • Long-tail shape for perfect attack-position coverage.
  • The polyester won't soak up rain like a cotton hoodie does, but still might require a wash-in DWR treatment if you plan to use it for riding in heavy rain.

    Wore my hoodie for the first time last weekend and overall very happy. but two little things i found drop this rating from a 5 to a 4. firstly the underarm zip ends were very sharp and slightly unfinished, which i had to trim and sort. secondly and a little quirky, the font pocket isn't in the middle of the hoodie! apart from that its a perfect fit, warm and comfy. Does exactly what it says on the tin.

    Fab fit, quality and style, goes well with my Enduro bundle. The design has been well thought out and is perfect for casual and serious bike use. Great value, I will buy more colours in future if available. Thanks Graham

    Wanted something casual for those winter days when it’s getting chilly but not coat weather , it’s a really nice fit , sizes are generous so I could have gone smaller but love it either way !!! Hit the trails hard in a stormy muddy day and it kept me warm and comfortable after hours of rain !!!! Love the fit , feel and even more the price !! I’ll be wearing this to and from rides and walking the dogs , maybe even to the pub !!!!!!!

    Over the moon, I ordered very late on a Thursday night still received it early Saturday morning, hoodie is fantastic feels and fits great no restrictions at all. Stickers and mini haribos amazing little touch ????

    I have a few bits of Context kit and I am very pleased with all of it. Went out for a ride when it was cold and blustery and the hoodie didn't let ne down. Kept out the chill and kept me warm. I have just ordered the gilet and can't wait to try that. Am just waiting for Context to offer a waterproof jacket.

    I'm, so happy with this hoodie , I can't wait for the cold weather to return so I can use it. The fit is perfect and it looks and feels great. Fantastic quality for a very reasonable price considering the cost of some other well known brands. Delivery was fast too , ordered Thursday and received Saturday. Great service !I will be treating myself to another item from the range in the near future. Great job all round.

    What a cracking pair.of 8nclemwnt weather tops. Gullet wonderfully waterproof but cool to enough send it all day. Perfect for.3mseasons. Hoodie is.JUST what an MTB Hoodie needs to be. All the subtle.details.add.up to a lifelong biking too. and it looks pretty Danny good.to.

    Brilliant value for money! Stylish, comfortable and breathable. This hoodie is definitely designed for riders by riders. From The cooling vents under the armpits to the nice oversized hood to offer a more windproof feel when you are exposed to the elements. Sizing is spot on with a nice large zip pocket on the front. Really really impressed by the quality, design and materials. Will be buying more!??

    Pleasantly surprised at the fit, it’s rare I find an item of clothing that fits me perfectly first time. I’m just under 6ft and bought a medium, the sleeves are a good length and the body isn’t baggy. I like the extended back but the zippers under the arms are slightly annoying. I think I’d have preferred some kind of perforated underarm venting instead. Pretty good first attempt though!

    Tbh had it on at innerleithan yesterday but it was too good to be riding in ?? Wore it to gordos out out for pizza after biking But feels and look absolutely cracking . P.s waterproofed it first with nikwax wash in as I do with everything when you bike in the tweed valley ?
